La délinquance et le crime ont augmenté en flèche aux États-Unis, les prisons sont surpeuplées. Le gouvernement américain a mis à l’étude un nouveau modèle de prison, installée dans une fosse marine abyssale au large des Bermudes, pour des détenus purgeant de longues peines.
